Its purpose is to change the date/time stamp and/or the filetype
of a file, an application or a selection of files.
Like the unix or DR-/Novell-/Open DOS
command touch does.
It has been compiled with the ABC compiler, so it
needs a StrongARM compatible version of the
ABClib (or ABCBigLib) module to run on
StrongARM equipped
machines. A recent version of ABClib ought to be
included with the universal (or new) !Boot.
Being an application of RISC OS 2 vintage, it is not aware of territories and timezones, so results may not be what you expect if your computer is not set to the GMT (or UTC) timezone. However, with some logical thinking it is still possible to use it in that case.
