Fade in at hover with css

No flash, no javascript, no opacity, no transparent png:

just 2 images + css

• FF: first time fading in, after that just changing images
• Opera: as FF
• IE: permanent fading in at repeated hovering

( fade out will be possible by adding another img and some javascript )
