Witchwillow Warrior

"Pip" (Import England)

Date of birth: 2nd July 2011

INT. FTCH Helmsway Hawk of Witchwillows x FTW Brackenro Fern of Witchwillows

Witchwillow Warrior, we call him Pip, is a lovely outgoing pup. He is the only black/white Springer we have in our kennel at the moment. For a long time we have been looking around to get another Springer dog which would suit our purposes. This dog really fits well. His father FTCH Helmsway Hawk of Witchwillows was awarded with a Diploma of Merit at the UK E.S.S. Championships 2009 and he was Second at the Irish Championships for Spaniels in 2010, his mother is a Fieldtrial Winner. Although he is still a young dog, he has plenty of drive and is already very stylish. He is very strong boned and well proportioned and he has a perfect nature and outgoing temperament. We have high hopes for him competing in the future.

Squareclose Chic is imported from Scotland. His pedigree is very promising. His father, Irish Championship Winner FTCH Hattonswood Broc, qualified also a few times for the English Championships. He is very fast and likes to hunt. Brambles and other cover is no problem for him. A dog with lots of stamina. He has proven himself in the field and also at Fieldtrials he gained several qualifications. A couple of his children in Sweden have already won Open Fieldtrials.

Squareclose Flint (Import Scotland)

HD A, Elbows: Free, Prcd-pra: Normal by parentage, Myopathy: Normal/Clear, Eyes: Clear 04/2011, EIC: Clear

Date of birth: 07-04-2009

FTCH Mediterian Blue x Middlegate Dusk

Flint and Flo are brother and sister. Their breeder is Ian Christie from Scotland. Flint is a very hard hunting dog in the field. His passion is to find game whatever it takes. Rivers can't be broad enough, he will swim over it to pick up ducks.

His father is FTCH Mediterian Blue owned by David Latham who has qualified several times for the IGL Retriever Championships and who has been representing England in team competitions on many occasions. Mediterian Blue is also the father of IGL Championships Winner 2010. On the mothers side we find Saxaphone Express who is also a proven sire of many hard hunting dogs. Flint is a very promising dog for the future.

Archie is bred by Peter Burton from Saxaphone Kennels. His father is a well-known fieldtrial dog which entered the IGL Championships in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and who was competing several times for England at the Game Fair, where he was Topdog in 2010. He was also in the English team at the Skinners Worldcup Retriever Event which was held at Highclere in 2009. Archie's mother is already FTW and is an exeptional good bitch for trialling and is used a lot for picking up at the moment.

Archie's brother already won an all aged trial in England when he was only 1,5 year old. We are very pleased we own Archie and we started to compete at WT's with him in 2011, where he did well. He is a very fast and stylish dog and a good gamefinder and is very easy to train.

ARCHIE  and  DEMMI AND ARCHIE by David Dalton

We kept a dogpup out of our labrador litter. His name is Copper of the Spring Cottage and he is a lovely and quiet dog, very affectionate to people. We liked him from the beginning but only after six weeks we decided to keep him. We have started his training and he is very obedient, fast and easy to train. We hope he continues this way, then we have a nice dog for the future.
