Kaleido Mosaic Background

Things you need for this tutorial:

Simple Filter "Diamonds"

Open a new image 200 x 200 pixels, transparant.

Selections > Select all.

Open an image you would like to use.

I used this image for my background:

Edit > Copy.

Activate your new image,

Selections > select all.

Edit > paste > paste into selection.

Selections > select none.

Effects > reflection-effects > kaleidoscope:

:

Effects > Texture effects > Mosaic Antique:

Effects > Plugins > Simple > Diamonds.

This is the result of this tutorial.
