Blue Noise Frame

What you need for this tutorial:
A graphic of your choice.
Open the zip and extract it into you plugins folder of PSP.
I'm offering this filter because the orginal author, Mario Klingmann,
no longer has any site where he offers it for download.
1. Open your graphic. Shift + D and close the orginal.
2. Put your foregroundcolor on white and you backgroundcolor on a color
from your graphic.
3. Image > add borders > 20, Symmetric.
Select the added border with you magicwand.
RGB-value, tolerance: 0 en feather: 0.
Effects > noise > add > 30%, uniform.
Effects > 3D effects > innerbevel:
4. Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
White is now the backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders > 5.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders > 3.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders > 5.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders > 3.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders > 5.
5. Select the white borders with you magicwand.
Click in the first border and press shift and select the other white borders.
Effects > plugins > VM Toolbox > Zoom Blur. Standard settings.
Effects > 3D effects > dropshadow with the following settings:
Color: Black.
Horizontal and Vertical: 1.
Opacity: 100 and Blur: 2.
6. Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
The color you choose from your image should be your backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders > 20.
Repeat the same as step 3.
Selections > select none.
7. Layers > new rasterlayer.
Open the Corner01-IBB.psp.
Edit > Copy.
Make sure your frame image is open.
Edit > paste > paste as new selection and
move the corner in your leftuppercorner on the middle borders.
If you would like to change the color of you corner keep it selected and
floodfill it with the color/pattern of your choice.
At the dropshadow like before in this tutorial.
Selections > select none.
8. Go to your layerpalette en duplicate your cornerlayer.
Image > mirror
Duplicate the mirrored layer.
Image > flip
Duplicate the flipped layer.
Image > mirror
Layers > merge > merge all.
Resize your frame to your needs, but don't forget to sharpen after resizing.
Your Blue Noise Frame is ready !!!
