:: Gold Noise Frame ::

The art I used for this tutorial comes with permission from
Beverley Lu, the graphic has been resized for this tutorial and can be found in the zip.
Open the graphic, the goldfill and the corner.psp.
Minimize the goldfill and the corner.psp.
We will being working on the graphic.
Add border 10 pixels, symmetric, color: white.
Select the border and floodfill with color: #7A94A5.
Add noise: 100%, gaussian and monochrome checked.
Select none.
Add border 5 pixels, symmetric.
Select the border and floodfill with the goldfill.
Apply the next dropshadow:
Vertical and horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 10
Color: Black.
Select none.
Add border 15 pixels, symmetric.
Select the border and floodfill with color: #7A94A5.
Effects > Reflection effects > Kaleidoscope:

Add noise like before.
Selections > invert.
Apply the same dropshadow as before.
Select none.
Add border 5 pixels, symmetric.
Select the border and floodfill with the goldfill.
Add the same dropshadow as before.
Select none.
Open the corner.psp and copy it.
Paste as new selection in your frame and
move it to the upper left corner of the graphic.
Select none.
Paste again the corner.psp as new selection, flip and mirror it.
Move it to the right bottom corner of the graphic.
Select none.
Your Gold Noise Frame is ready !!!

For this graphic I used horizontal offset 0.
