OrnateMaskFrame

What you need for this tutorial:
a pretty picture
I used the graphic with permission of Penny Parker,
please take a look at her site: http://www.graphicsbypennyparker.com/ .
1. Open a pictur of your choice, make sure it is a layer.
Open the OrnateMask and the Goldfill in psp and minimize them
2. Put your foregroundcolor on a dark color from your picture and
you background color on a light color from your picture.
My foregroundcolor: #592A56
My backgroundcolor: #EAC3F3
3. Add a new layer.
Fill it with the goldfill.
4. Masks > new > from image and
search for the ornatemask in the dropdownmenu.
Masks > invert.
Masks > Delete
Selections > Select all.
Selections > float.
5. Effecten > 3D effects > dropdownshadow:
horizontal and vertical: 1
Opacity: 100
Blur: 2
Color: black.
Selections > select none.
Layers > merge > merge all.
6. Image > add borders: 2, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 5, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 2, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 5, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 2, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 20, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 2, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 5, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 2, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 5, symmetric.
Change foregroundcolor with backgroundcolor.
Image > add borders: 2, symmetric.
7. Take your selections tool, RGB value, tolerance and feather: 0.
Select the border of 20.
Effects > plugins > Simple > Quicktile.
Effects > Reflection effects > Kaleidoscoop:
Standard setting en scale on 20.
Selections > invert.
Give this same dropshadow as before.
Selecions > select none.
8. Take you selection tool en select the 6 borders of 2 pixels.
Effects > 3D effects > innerbevel:

Give the same dropshadow as before.
Selections > select none.
Your frame is ready !!!
