Glass Ornament

What do you need for this tutorial:
A picture
Open the zip and extract it into you plugins folder of PSP.
I'm offering this filter because the orginal author, Mario Klingmann,
no longer has any site where he offers it for download.
Eye Candy 4000 (trail version)
Step 1
Open a picture of your choice.
Step 2
Open a new image 500 x 500 transparent.
Selections > select all.
Step 3
Go to the picture you have chosen and
Edit > copy.
Minimize you picture you will need it later on.
Activate you image of 500 x 500.
Edit > paste > into selection.
Selections > select none.
Step 4
Effects > plugins > VM Toolbox > Zoom Blur

Step 5
Effects > Texture effects > Mosaic antique

Step 6
Effects > geometric effects > Circle.
Step 7
Image > resize:

Step 8
Effects > sharpen > sharpen more.
Effects > plugins > Eye Candy 4000 > Glass:
Settings: Clear Glass

Step 9
Layers > new rasterlayer.
Take you selection tool , rectangle, feather 0 and anti alias on.
Draw a little rectangle.
Floodfill this selection with a color or gradient of your choice.
Step 10
Effects > Texture effects > blinds:

Step 11
Selections > select none.
Place the rectangle on top of the ornament.
Effects > 3d Effects > dropshadow: black

Step 12
Layers > new rasterlayer.
Take your draw tool: Type: Freehandline, width: 2, Line style: solid and anti alias on.
Put your foregroundcolor on the same color of gradient you used for step 9 and
put you backgroundcolor null.
Draw a loop to hang up you ornament.
Step 13
Give the loop a dropshadow a step 11.
Go to your layerpalette and pull this layer one layer down.
Step 14
Layers > merge> merge all layers visible.
Change to size of the ornament the way you like it and
use it for what you like !!!!
This is another example of an ornament with another picture and
I used a tube of a bow instead of the rectangle.
