This happy dog is my own creation

Colors used in this tutorial:

Color 1 and black for the outline.

Open a new image of 100 x 100 pixels.

Below the outline of the happy dog:

Your outline is ready !!!

Select the next parts and floodfill with color 2:

Selections > float.

Apply the following cutout:

Vertical: 0

Horizontal: -1

Opacity : 100

Blue: 5.

Color: 1.

Selections > select none.

Select the next parts and floodfill with color 3:

Selections > float.

Apple the same cutout as before with horizontal: 0.

Selections > select none.

Select the eyes and floodfill with white:

Selections > float.

Apply the same cutout as the eyes with blur: 2.

Selections > select none.

Select the dog-collar and floodfill with color 4.

Selections > float.

Apply the same cutout as before with color 5.

Selections > select none.

Floodfill the mouth with color #FF8080.

Select the eyes and the nose, floodfill with black.

Selections > select none.

Apply with white some accents:

Your happy dog is finished !!!
