I created this tutorial by using a scanned graphic.

These are the colors I used:

Black: #000000

Red: #E70000

Brown: #C09A00

For the outline I used black, here is the outline:

Select the following parts and floodfill with black:

Selections > select none.

Select the following parts and floodfill with red:

Apply the next cutout:

Horizontal en Vertical: 0

Opacity: 50

Blur: 25

Shadowcolor: black

Fill interior with color not checked.

Selections > select none.

Select the next parts and floodfill with brown:

Apply the same cutout as before.

Selections > select none.

Your Ladybug is ready !!!
