Open the outline.

Select the next parts and floodfill with color 1:

Selections > float.

Apply this cutout:

Vertical: 0

Horzontal: -1

Opacity: 100

Blur: 8

Shadowcolor: color 2

Fill interior with color not checked.

Selections > select none.

Select the next parts and floodfill with color 2:

Selections > float.

Apply the same cutout as before but with

Opacity 50 and color 3.

Selections > select none.

Select the next parts and floodfill with color 3:

Selections > float.

Apply the same cutout as before with Opacity 50 and color 1.

Selections > select none.
