This My Valentine is my own creation

Open a new image 150 x 150 pixels,

this is large enough to pixel your My Valentine.

For the outline I used black:

Select the inside of one heart,

push the shift and select all the other hearts.

Floodfill with red #FF4040

Selections > float

Apply the next cutout:

Vertical: 0

Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 75

Blur: 5

Color: black #000000

Fill interior with color not checked.

Selections > select none.

Select the inside of all border and floodfill with red #FF4040.

Selections > select none.

You can choose to floodfill the inside of the frame with a color of your choice.

Put your name or a graphic in the frame, what you like !!
