:: Squirrel ::

I created this tutorial by using a scanned graphic.
What you need:
Use
the next settings for your Paint Brush:
shape: square
size: 1
hardness: 100
step: 25
density: 100
thickness: 100
rotation: 0
opacity: 100
1. Open a new image 150 x 150 pixels,
this is enough space to create the squirrel.
2. For the outlines of the squirrel I used black:

3. Your outline is ready, we go on to the filling.
I used these colors:
Brown 1: #C75F2C
Brown 2: #E39647
Brown 3: #885038
Brown 1 for the tale, Brown 2 for the body, the ear and the paw and
Brown 3 for the nut.
4. Select the inside of the tale and fill it with brown 1.
Selection > float.
Give the tale a cutout:
Vertical and horzontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 20
Color: Brown 2
Selections > select none
5. Select the inside of the body and use the shift button to also
select the ear and the paw. Floodfill with Brown 2.
Selection > float.
Use the same cutout as before but use color brown 1.
Selections > select none.
6. Select the nut and floodfill it with brown 3.
Use a pretty innerbevel to make a great nut or
use another filling !!!
Your squirrel is ready !!!
Have fun with this tutorial !!!
