Download file:
Open a new Image 500 x 500 pixels, transparant.
Set your foreground and background to colour: #085ACE.
Take your texttool and use the following settings:
Effects > 3D effects > innerbevel using Presets: Round.
Open the BlueFlower.psp.
You can export it as a picture tube or you could edit > copy.
Edit > paste > as a new selection over your image.
Place flowers here and there as desired.
Effects > 3D effects > dropshadow and use the these settings:
Place your watermark as desired.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > paste > as new image.
Effects > sharpen > sharpen.
File > export > JPEG - compression 20 %.
