The Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel is a worldwide and non-denominational organization for christians working in the airline industry.

The organization has its "grassroots" beginning with a group of pilots in the Atlanta (USA) area in 1971. In the Netherlands FCAP started in 1988 .

One of the purposes of FCAP is to encourage each other to carry out the Great Commission, introducing fellow employees to Jesus Christ.

Most of the FCAP employees are volunteers.
