This page is about a state that is called the 'state of abundance' which you could define as a way of living in which giving and taking are in balance and you have 'enough' all of the time without have too much or too little. In many articles this basic idea is brought to the forefront. I have been selective to prevent too much repetitions:
In 1998, the 'law of abundance' was mentioned for the first time:
THE LAW OF ABUNDANCE
As initiates transcend the Kumara of Greed, giving and receiving within their life experience come to balance, and they move into a state of 'abundance.' In a state of abundance, initiates experience having 'enough' to fulfill their purpose on Earth. The imbalance of giving and receiving causes the experience of lack or hoarding within one's life. Lack is the result of giving without receiving. Hoarding is the result of receiving without giving. Abundance, which is the experience of having just enough, requires a complete balance of giving and receiving so that neither hoarding nor lack are experienced.
Upon the physical Earth plane, so much time and energy have become devoted to the purpose of sustaining one's lifestyle that it has detracted from the actual purpose for which a soul incarnates into form. A soul incarnates into form to spiritually evolve. When so much of an initiate's life is devoted to 'making a living', there is little energy or time available for spiritual evolution. Much of the time expended at such pursuits as monetary gain is often the result of inflated expectations of financial success or a lifestyle that is not really supportive of spiritual pursuits. It is for this reason that devotion to one's spiritual evolution may need to preclude any desire for wealth or an exorbitant lifestyle whatsoever.
It is true that each soul incarnate may have differences in the lifestyle they wish to experience that is inherent within their soul purpose. However, those who are devoted to their spiritual unfolding must bring their lifestyle into alignment with the wishes of their I AM Presence. An initiate is an incarnation of the I AM Presence of God/Goddess/All That Is. As such, any money that is earned by any initiate truly belongs to their I AM Presence and the Creator to spend only according to the wishes of one's soul and soul purpose. As one's earnings and expenditures come to balance and into alignment with one's I AM Presence, a state of abundance or 'enough' is experienced.
It is expenditures or a lifestyle that are based upon ego that often causes a stumbling block for those on the spiritual path. There are many justifications for wealth and hoarding. In reality, the spiritual path must preclude such thoughtforms. In hoarding wealth or material possessions, one is forever indebted to the Kumara of Greed. To ascend, one must be free of all agreements and attachments, even those related to material objects. Sometimes, the release of attachment to physical plane objects may require that initiates sell or give their possessions away. Sometimes, once the attachment is released, the object or possession may be retained but no longer has a hold over the initiate. Every ascension is unique unto each initiate, their particular soul and genetic karma, and their unique life experiences. It is up to the initiate to discern when emotional attachment prevents further movement in their ascension process and then take the necessary action to release the respective attachment.
There are also those on the spiritual path who believe that they must give everything away. In their belief system, such initiates continually create experiences of lack or not enough to pay the bills. To transcend the belief in lack, initiates must also learn to allow themselves to receive full compensation for all that they give.
Every physical form is different. The I AM Presence monitors what a particular body needs to fulfill their purpose and gives it whatever the form requires. The difficulty here is discerning between the false 'needs' perpetuated by the ego and the real needs as seen by the soul.
In our channel's case, it is a requirement of Rama to be well fed. His I AM understands this, as it serves in all that he is here to do, particularly in maintaining the level of energy that is run through his embodiment to maintain the vibration of the ashram. Additionally, both our channels require the ongoing use of mineral springs and mud baths to support their form in detoxifying the body during the ascension process. As a result, monetary flow is always dispensed to cover such expenses. On the other side of the coin, their souls understand that our channels do not need a mansion or a yacht to fulfill their purpose. The lifestyle that our channels lead is therefore very simple and yet simultaneously meets all of their physical plane requirements to support the fulfillment of their souls' goals and purpose.
Our channels have assessed many spiritual initiates on the path who can demonstrate in their life experiences the difficulties a soul has in bringing giving and receiving to balance on the Earth plane. In one key example, a spiritual teacher charged exorbitant prices for her workshops, and her participants were generated through the Kumara of Greed. Because the healing offered was not in balance with the money received, she incurred karma with everyone who overpaid for the workshop. Additionally, everyone who was given a 'scholarship' and paid nothing at all ended up karmically indebted to her as well.
Over time, this teacher was unable to manifest anything at all. Her soul was attempting to eliminate karma entirely so that she could ascend, and her occupation was accruing more karma than she was releasing without her knowledge. The only solution, as far as her soul was concerned, was to bring her entire occupation to a screeching halt. This is exactly what manifested.
In balanced giving and receiving, the amount charged for a particular service must be in alignment with the energy expended in the healing or service offered. All energetic exchange in giving and receiving must be in equal balance, or karma ends up being accrued by one or both parties. If too much is charged, karma is accrued. If too little or nothing is charged, karma is again accrued.
For this reason, our channels have allowed their I AM Presence to discern what they should charge in all that they do. The I AM makes sure that there is an even energetic exchange between the healing or workshops offered and the amount charged for their services so that no karma is accrued by any party. As initiates entrust their I AM to take charge of all incoming and outgoing monetary flow, giving and receiving begin to come into complete balance, and one's lifestyle begins to come into complete alignment with one's soul and soul purpose on Earth. In so doing, a state of abundance, or having enough, is fulfilled.
The Seven Laws of Harmlessness: Becoming the Boddhisattva (1998)
In November 1999, Abundance is mentioned in the context of the arrogance of hoarding:
As one releases any remaining contracts with the Kumara of Greed, one will transcend the arrogance of hoarding within their field. The vibration of Abundance transmutes the Kumara of Greed. Abundance is a state of being in which giving and receiving have come into alignment. This balance between giving and receiving is reflected in all areas of one's life experiences, from the activity of eating just what the body needs on a daily basis, to the act of manifesting just what one needs monetarily. This translates into all energy expended returned in full. In our channels' case, this is exemplified as energy expended in their teaching, healing and writing projects and the money received in return which supports them on the physical plane.
There is a gift as the arrogance of hoarding is transcended which is magic. One must transcend hoarding or deprivation in order to bring forth magic. Magic is manifestation that is free to come to fruition without interference. Such magic will be eventually demonstrated as 'instant manifestation' in which one's vision manifests before them with their thought. Such 'instant manifestation' can only occur as one learns to bring giving and receiving to balance.
Balanced giving and receiving has a flow like the flow of the tides. Our channels have learned that if they receive something (like clothes, or minerals or objects of some sort), they must also give something away. As they give something in exchange for receiving something, the act of giving and receiving is kept in balance. Instant manifestation requires that giving and receiving be in balance before such magic can become real within one's life experience. We have told our channels that the closer they come to instant manifestation, the more rapidly they will give and receive. The more rapid the giving and receiving, the closer one moves towards instant manifestation. Such an action first requires the relinquishment of all attachment to all objects within one's life experience so that one may freely give away what does not serve.
The Seven Pitfalls on the Spiritual Path
December 2000. One way to help you reach this 'state of abundance' is by trying to integrate parallel lives.
Mila became aware of her inner landscape long ago. She is a conscious dreamer. Sometimes such landscape was very confusing for her, however, she has recounted her experiences of her multidimensional self in her writing, particularly in Ascension Transmissions I and II. As Mila first tuned into her dreamtime self long ago, she discovered that she was a spiritual teacher upon alternate planes of reality. She enjoyed the teaching upon those planes, and chose to integrate this aspect of herself. As all planes in which she had such a preoccupation were integrated in full, she began to teach upon the physical plane. And the interesting thing for her was that there was nothing to learn to become the teacher, it was as if she had been teaching her entire life! And such is the nature of the integration of one's parallel life selves.
Mila also discovered that she had no financial worries in the nonphysical realms, and an ongoing and recurring struggle to manifest in the physical. Again, as such planes of reality were integrated in full, she discovered that her abilities to manifest improved to a point in which everything that she needed was effortlessly made manifest. Many initiates struggle with the issues of manifestation and abundance, and the above example shows one how integrating those parallel lives in full that experience the opposing polarity causes one to come to the middle road. The middle road is the ability to manifest just what one needs at any given point upon the road of life.
Additionally, Mila had a fulfilling relationship upon several nonphysical planes of reality. Again, as the last of such planes were integrated into the physical in full, Oa showed up at one of her workshops and moved to California to co-direct the Spiritual School of Ascension two weeks later. Their relationship is harmonious and supportive to this day. Such is the nature of integrating the polarities, one can then manifest their hearts desire in the physical.
A New Year's Blessing (2000)
March 2001. The Buffalo Species speak about the unnatural nature of unbalanced giving and receiving in an article called 'A Stand for Honor'
The artificial system that you reside within is based upon an uneven giving and receiving of chi. Those whom run your governance, and those in charge of large profitable corporations, or those in charge of your banks or schools, hoard the chi, resources and monetary flow. They take chi and resources from every employee and citizen that is related to their services. As such, they receive something for nothing, and have not to work or contribute anything for their sustenance.
In balanced giving and receiving, everyone must give, and everyone receives. In a system based upon honor, everyone is honored and provided for. There is no starvation or extreme wealth, because each must given equal to what they received. Balanced giving and receiving is the foundation of an ageless biological form, for inherent in the ageless cellular structure is balanced giving and receiving of all resources throughout every cell and every organ in the form. As this occurs in the physical, it shall translate into balanced giving and receiving in your civilization.
The red race and many tribal races global wide have held the remembrance of giving and receiving in balance with Earth. Many whom are ascending may find themselves drawn to such remembrance. Ascension causes one to return to balance again, balance with all things within one's life expression. It is in a state of balance that one shall cease to be "poor" and shall manifest just enough to take care of one's needs.
One may ask, how can I do this in the current system? How do I transcend and still pay the rent? Well, quite honestly, and as Mila and Oa have found, it is tricky. One shall strive to intend balance in all that one does. If one is working for an employer, one shall intend to only give equal creative flow to the employer as they are being compensated for. Many humans unconsciously give employers or their governments, banks and schools over 90% of their creative flow! Creative flow is necessary to ascend beloved, one must use it to fuel their momentum upward in vibration. Such hoarding of creative flow must cease in any ascending human's life, or you simply will not be able to ascend.
However, as we are witnessing in many human examples, one can partake of the old paradigm in balance while emerging into the new. In time however, and as all karma with the old paradigm is complete, one shall withdraw creating a new system altogether. We foresee many ascending humans creating communities of their own separate and distinct from the remainder of civilization. Indeed, human civilization will be in such turmoil in the decade to come, those retreating will not be noticed, and perhaps this is all for the best.
Mila and Oa shall attest that ascension does not necessarily improve the bank account. However, they have learned that all needs are provided for in their choice to ascend and choice to serve earth and all species therein in all ways possible. However, ascension shall not lead to a fortune. Instead, one alters the biology, which alters the manner in which one views and relates to the world. Mila and Oa no longer care how much is in the bank account as long as they are provided for. And spirit always provides for what they need in their travels for special functions, regardless of cost.
A Stand for Honor (2001)
April 2001. The Great Central Sun deals with the state of abundance:
There are other laws in the current paradigm that keeps the rich rich and the poor poor. These too shall require alteration as ascension brings forth balanced giving and receiving along with a state of abundance. In a state of abundance, only that which is needed is received, and all else is shared. Those that hoard to an excess such as the extreme rich shall perish or transcend, and in transcending, shall learn to share their resources to assist all others. For this is the unity paradigm in action, and in so doing, the poor shall cease to be poor and the needs of all shall be fulfilled upon.
The laws that hold the rich rich and poor poor shall likewise cease as humanity evolves out of such a paradigm. In so doing, new laws shall be founded that shall uphold the right of each human to be fed, sheltered, nurtured, honored, and to contribute to the whole of civilization in whatever manner that they can. Moving from the paradigm of control to honor shall not be an easy journey, for most humans have only remembrance of control, for so lengthy is your history of civilization based upon control that humans have forgotten the unity based law founded upon honor. In the forgetfulness, there shall be struggle to find a new way of relating and a new form of law that works and serves the whole. It may take close to a century for the new unity paradigm to be reflected in all areas of life expression, but this we see coming beloved.
There are some races that inherently remember unity-based law. These nations shall rise when the time is right and become living examples of a new form of community and law that honors. In paying attention to what works for such nations, the new law shall spread and become global in nature. The ascending nations shall lead humanity home to such a new state of relations and the new paradigm of honor. This shall occur as each ascending nation creates their own sovereignty from the world powers that be and are allowed to express their truth in full.
A New Divine Plan for Earth and Humanity is Launced (2001)
June 2001. Talk about giving and receiving between individuals and so-called 'group souls'
And what about those "winning the lotto" or the "sweepstakes", what happens to such folk? Mila and Oa have pondered such. In examination of the unconscious agreements, there is always a bargain. If one wins Lotto, one sacrifices their chi to the group soul behind the dance of Lotto. In so doing, one's chi shall be confiscated by the group soul and one may never be able to ascend, for ascension requires that one's own chi go increasingly to ascension. The same appears to be true for most sweepstakes of any nature, such group souls give things away, but take far more in the bargain. For what is taken outweighs what is given eight to one in Mila and Oa's examination! What this translates into is that if one wins 24 million in Lotto, the agreements involves giving the group souls involved the energetic equivalent of what it would take to earn 176 million in exchange. What this means is that those lineages winning Lotto shall be impoverished for upwards of 1900 future lifetimes in exchange as one pays off this debt to the related group soul!
Is the bargain worth it beloved? 1900 future lifetimes surely means that one cannot ascend now, for one will be locked into the third dimension for thousands and thousands of years. And so one may truly wish to assess if they wish to enter into such bargains in the first place. Such bargains are what have caused the imbalance of karma in the human dance, and began with the Annanuki dominion over Earth's resources. When one takes vastly and gives nothing in return, there is a debt equal to whatever one has taken. As such, the Pleiadian race has a large debt with Earth that is now being called in. This translates into Earth taking equal chi to what she has lost due to their debt, which will probably translate into a fall in consciousness and vibration for their star system. However, Earth is determined to settle all debts, regardless with whom, so that she may ascend and return "home".
In a similar manner, all that are ascending may wish to "call in their debts now" and allow them to be settled in full. This too can be done daily through intent. One may also wish to pay off their debts in full, settling all that is required to be settled through any physical preoccupation or endeavor to be completed upon. What this may translate into is working for this or that group soul governance, this or that corporation until all karma has been paid off, at which time one is free to leave and create a sovereign form of income. For some, there may be many sequential jobs as one works their way through the labyrinth of karmic debt in the choice to ascend, however, sooner or later one shall be free of all of such debt and then may venture on to a more sovereign dance of self employment.
Freedom can occur in many ways. For many upon the ascension path, learning a healing skill may be one way to an earlier freedom from employers than others. One may settle their debts in numerous ways in order to clear all karma in one's inheritance. As a healer or workshop facilitator, one can call those into the dance whom have a karmic debt, and in the exchange of healing or teaching given, the debt is settled. In so doing, one can be self-employed and settle karma simultaneously. Such is the gift of being willing to move into a sovereign form of income now instead of later. Ultimately, all whom leave the old dance behind will have to create another means to support oneself anyway, as sooner or later through the intent to ascend, all such karma shall be settled requiring one to free oneself from such a dance.
Freedom is not about cash flow. Freedom is about having whatever one needs to ascend, and whatever one needs may translate into large cash flow if one is required to travel to other parts of Earth to support Earth's ascension. Mila and Oa have learned that always just enough for their endeavors, no more or less, all that is required comes their way, and sustains them in the dance of World Service with Earth as agreed upon. However, this does not mean that they have a large bank account as what comes in goes out in the dance continuously. One will learn in balanced giving and receiving there is freedom, and the freedom comes in one's ability to ascend into a new thought-form that moves beyond slavery in all the many manners it is expressed in the current human dance. Mila and Oa would not exchange their current level of internal freedom for all the wealth in the world! So much more a joyous dance the freedom is.

July 2003. Some interesting examples are given of how a 'state of non-abundance' can arise and what can be done about it.
ASCENDING INTO FINANCIAL STRUGGLE
We have seen initiates equate struggle with ascension. One initiate recognized that it was not appropriate for them to pay taxes as they continued to ascend. Rather than balancing the scale with the IRS, they chose to go up against the IRS for taxes owed. This manifested great struggle in which this individual eventually was evicted from their home and lives in a temporary shelter. This individual perceives that their war with the IRS is a part of their goal as an ascending master, that they must "take a stand". It is not the goal to take a stand against the old paradigm in ascension beloved. Ascension brings forth the internal transcendence to a new paradigm of unity. As one transcends within, unity relations occurs external to self automatically. One need not fight a war with another or an institution for that matter in order to ascend, nor is it the goal of ascension.
Yet another initiate ascended into the inability to manifest. After close to 50 years as a nurse and with a rather good income, this initiate lost job after job after job. Over time, they had to file bankruptcy. Eventually they forfeited their mortgage to a foreclosure. This initiate ascended from a very good ability to manifest into an equally difficult time manifesting, and never continued to ascend and balance out the two poles in full. The result was financial struggle instead of ascension.
To ascend out of such a circumstance, one must choose to continue to ascend. In continuing to ascend, one shall move from the extremes of easy manifestation to the inability to manifest, and then on to the middle road, which is abundance. In an abundant state, one manifests what they need at any given moment on the path. However, abundance precludes extreme poverty or wealth.
Generally, in ascension, one should not be forced into bankruptcy, but rather bankruptcy is chosen as a means of releasing a state of imbalance in which one has been paying upon a false debt of un-owed karma. Often initiates who intend to ascend shall not manifest enough to pay upon bills that are false debts. As the debt continues to build, one solution is to file bankruptcy or cease paying upon the false debt, and then one comes to balance. In a state of balance, one can then manifest just enough to fill one's needs.
The experience of manifesting just enough is a sign of having unified the polarity of poverty and wealth in ascension. The experience of a relatively smooth life without major conflict or difficulties is a sign of having unified the polarity of drama/trauma and boredom in ascension.
