This page tries to build a basis from which to explore the 'body double planes'. First I will give some definitions, then some historical background and in the end some possible ways to continue the explorations for these (possible) planes of existence.
I would recommend reading the page on the body double in the SSOA-section first which is filled with quotes from quite a few articles from 2004 and 2005 on the body double and the 'higher' light body planes.
When I was made aware that there was something going 'wrong' with my body double I started to delve into the topic. This page is the result of this search and my current understanding of the phenomenon called 'body double'.
TERMINOLOGY
The terminology that is used to describe the body double is a little ambiguous. As you may know we would have a number of bodies. First we have our physical body, then we would have an etheric body, four subtle bodies and a dreamtime light body. Beyond these bodies we would have a body double which is said to reside in a more etheric world one 'octave' above the physical body.
The ambiguity arises because of the term 'light body'. The 'one-octave-higher' world would be called the light body planes. So, the body double would live in the light body planes. Unfortunately we have a dreamtime light body that apparently does not live in the light body planes. This is a bit confusing. That's why I will use the term 'body double' to refer to the body that is supposedly one octave above our physical world who lives in the (light) body double planes or the 'one-octave-higher-planes'. I reserve the term 'light body planes' for the territories the dreamtime light body explores during dreamtime.
The term 'body double' is a bit ambiguous as well. For the etheric body is described as a copy of the physical body. In other words, the etheric body (very close in distance to the physical body) could be described as a kind of body double as well. For clarity's sake I will not call this etheric body a body double, but simply the etheric body resembling the physical body.
This page does not explore the light (dreamtime) body planes, but it focuses on the plane of existence that would be one octave above us where we would have a body double, a part of us living a quite independent life in the 'body double realms'.
HISTORICAL BACKGROUNDS
Through Mila's articles I have come to the following historical backgrounds of the body double planes. Read more from the original articles from the 'body-double'-page. Some 24 million years (I use human years here) ago Earth would have been a fourth dimensional planet. In this fourth dimensional state of being there would have been no distinction between the body double planes and the physical planes. All existed in one semi-etheric plane of existence vibrating at a fourth dimensional frequency.
Because of the cooling of Earth through Arcturian manipulations some 18 millions ago a split would have occurred. From then on there would be two planes: one semi-etheric plane (the body double plane) and the physical plane. The physical plane would have turned into some kind of shadow reality which in the course of time went unperceived by soul. This eventually led to a physical existence which was quite soulless. All soul focused on the body double planes.
Soul would have been needed to infuse the physical existence with chi. Because of this lack of chi physicality began to decay faster and faster. Because of this fall in the physical realms soul got fragmented more, since she was connected to the whole, whether conscious of it or not.
As far as the ascension of Sirius A and B is concerned. It was learnt that both these planets only ascended the body double planes and they ignored the physical planes. During the ascent of Sirius their physical planes got shattered and dispersed over many other planets, of which Earth is one. Many humans in the past would have tried to ascend by only ascending their body double. This often has led to combustion of the form without any ascension taking place.
Earth has decided not to ascend in this 'ignore-the-physical'-kind of way. Even our physical plane needs to ascend if any ascension can be termed successful.
During the Anu times and the times of the Pharaohs many body-double-plane-manipulations would have taken place in order to take chi from the physical. You can read more about these times on the page aptly dubbed the times of the pharaohs. Many people with grand master lineage (see Lineages) would have been manipulated in order to take from their body doubles.
THE BODY DOUBLE PLANES: TIME FOR A CHANGE
We seem to have a history in which the body double planes are regarded as far more worthy and real than our shadowy physical reality. The false gods would have done quite some manipulations in these planes in order to become more powerful and to build more 'castles in the sky'. In order to ascend there needs to come an end to the habit of vampiring the physical in order to sustain the body double planes.
It was only in the beginning of the eightees that things started to change. The body doubles started to realize that something like the physical existed. That must have been quite a surprise to them. Imagine all those body doubles living their lives for ages completely unaware of any physical reality to which they are connected. I would have thought them to be a little more clever than that. I mean, people in physicality don't readily believe that they have a body double in the body double realms, but we are supposed to be at a 'all-time-low' as far as our ascension is concerned. The body double with its higher strandedness apparently didn't notice is us either.
Because of the discovery of the phyiscal world by the body doubles they realized that the physical reality needed to be taken along during the ascent as well. It couldn't be left behind because it would hamper their own process. So, the interest from the body double planes isn't really about charity, it is more about necessity.
Many new souls would begin to tune into the rising vibrations of the physical world in order to ensoul the physical aspects a bit more. This would catalyze the ascension of our realms.
TRYING TO WORK WITH YOUR BODY DOUBLE
During the ascension process you would integrate parallel lives. The further you go the more parallel lives would be integrated. It is said that between you and your body double exist 24 parallel lives which need to be integrated in order to become more like your body double.
Your body double would have certain characteristics which are often quite opposite to your own traits during the process. Imagine a friendly easy-going person in the physical with an extremely arrogant and argumentative body double. Because of this polarity it is said to be rather rare that both the physical identity and the body double are both on the path of ascension. Most body doubles aren't really interested in ascending at all.
I guess this would be the first thing to check out: do you have a body double who is interested in ascending. If he/she isn't your own ascent would halt at 3000 strands maximally.
If you are lucky enough to have a body double that is interested in the ascension process you need to see if this body double isn't too interested, in the sense that he takes up all your chi and energy in order to grow to vast proportions in the body double planes. This would leave you feeling tired and ill most of the time.
Body doubles would have their own subtle bodies, chakra-systems and grid work. Real ascension would imply the restoration of genetic material not only for your physical body, but also for the body double. As far as I understand it now they don't share the same genetics. You would need different DNA to build an ascending body double, then the DNA for the physical/etheric body.
There is however a link between the number of DNA-components of the body double and the physical body. It is said that to reach 3000 in the physical you would need a body double who has reached 6000 components. In order to obtain 6000 components in the physical the body double needs to have integrated 15,000 components. These restrictions go for the body double as well. If there is a body double eager to ascend to 15,000 it can't go any further than 6000 if the physical counterpart rests at 3000. It would need a physical body that attains a level of 6000 components in order for the body double to reach 15,000.
If we assume that indeed the body double planes have been ignorant of our existence, there would be a great desire to get to know each other a bit better from these body double planes. It would be as if a completely new world opens up to them. The same goes from our perspective. Many of us have thought that the physical was the only reality there was. If there turns out to be a body double plane that is connected to our physical awareness, a new world opens up from our physical point of view as well.
What I consider to be one big advantage of these worlds starting to meet is that we actually need each other in order to make progress. The physical no longer is bowing and kneeling for the non-physical. We both stand on our feet together and reach out to shake hands as equals.
GETTING TO KNOW THE BODY DOUBLE PLANES
So, instead of heaps of E.T.'s coming from the skies, we would get acquainted with other parts of ourselves from a different vibratory band, somewhere between the third and fourth vibratory rate. How useful could it be to get to know their world? What are they doing during the day? What are their ambitions? How do they interact? What is their history? Do they eat, drink and have sex?
Although it can all be very interesting to get answers to these kind of questions, I doubt if it is necessary at this stage to know about it all. I don't think it is necessary in order to ascend as a physical being. Some basic knowledge however can be useful though. It is said that on these body double planes you would have interactions with the body doubles of other humanoid forms from other planets. There would be space exploration on these planes. Also there would be no need to sleep or eat. The awareness of non physical forces would be far greater than on our planes. There would also be many body doubles who don't pursue any spiritual life.
I would prefer to focus on the interaction between my own body double and me. What kind of karmic mud is stuck to the body double lineages of my body double? What can my body double do in order to help me with my ascension process? In what way could I be useful for my body double? How could we start communicating with each other: do we need some language of light for this, or can my body double speak English (or Dutch) fluently under certain circumstances?
If we would be able to slowly bridge the gaps between these planes of existence I suppose we could learn a lot from each other. It would be like meeting an old friend who has traveled the worlds. This new contact would probably lead to new problems as well. For instance I read that it is possible to integrate the DNA of your body double in your physical body. This would not be a wise idea. I guess it would be possible to have some arguments with your body double on certain issues: your body double might prefer to act in a certain way that is non-conducive for his/her ascent, but he/she doesn't see it. Your body double may see things in your thought forms that are hampering your process and he might urge you to work on it. It might also be possible that you think you are setting up communication with your body double, but in actuality you are talking to some kind of false god who is trying to fool you into some chi-and-dna-loss.
Update September 2005
In September 2005 I got into contact with a new aspect that has to do with the body double planes. I discovered that it can be worthwhile to pay attention to the distribution of the chi between your body double and your other bodies. A friend of mine would carry with him a body double that would absorb some 95% of the overall chi available. When I asked my guidance what would be the ideal distribution I got that it would be best if the body double would receive 2/3 of the overall chi and the physical 1/3. I added this intention to my list of intentions. This would hold regardless of which vibratory band your body would be at.
Another thing that I found was that you might even carry with you a body double that is not yours. It could be swapped with another body double. You could check this out as well and intend to get back the body double that you were born with.
