The object enables three people to have a quiet conversation. From the outside you can only see one space and are therefore unable to determine wether the other two spaces are yet occupied. The only way to find out is to enter the object. Likewise it is not possible to view the entrances on the left or right when you are inside. You can only view through the entrance in front of you wether someone is passing by or possibly entering the object.
