Peradeniya Botanical Gardens

It’s the biggest botanical garden (60 ha) in Sri Lanka with more than 5.000 sorts of plants and trees, which is abt. 6 km from the centre of Kandy.

1. Giant Jawa Willow tree (Ficus Benjamina). Shading an area of over 1900 sq. m.
