HM 05 - Flash When you got through Diglett Tunnel, go into a house and get it from a OAK researcher. You need to have at least 10 Pokemon though.

HM 06 - Rock Smash	Get it from a Researcher in Mauville.
HM 07 - Waterfall	Found in the cave of Origin, just when you about to encounter the Elemental Pokemon.
HM 08 - Dive	Get it from Steven, in his house on Mossdeep.
