T his association brings together photographers who like to promote and share their affection for their unseemingly bulky and big camera's, the field camera. This camera can achieve so many things and bring such beauty and detail in an image that we want to preserve this aspect of photography before the digital photography is so common that we have forgotten about the field camera..... but I doubt it, like black and white photography, it is as strong as ever if not bigger.....
 

W e come from all kinds of backgrounds, some of us are professionals, some of us are taking it as a hobby, some might collect the camera's, but all of us, young and old, experienced or beginner, we all like those big camera's....
 

W e will endeavour to promote our attitude to this camera, we can do this by means of communicating on the internet and publishing our efforts in cyberspace. This way we will get a real collection of photographs in the real world and be able to attract sponsors. We may than seek to find a publisher that will publish the finest of Lage Format Photography in the new millennium. So it is up to us to unashamedly promote ourselves in order to achieve that. Join us, together we share a wealth of knowledge, share a vision and thus share a future... The website might look very impressive like the big camera's, behind it we are all nice people that really like to meet others and share what we know, well some trade secrets are of course excempt... but do not hesitate, take that selfportrait, send us your photo you like best and we take it from there!
