Our holidayhome Sunclass Grandhan 227, is situated in a bungalowpark in the hilly surroundings of the forests in the Belgium Ardennes.
It lies close to the border of the river Ourthe and 15 minutes by foot to the picturesque small village of Durbuy.
The bungalow is nice and quiet, situated in the higher part of the bungalowparc.
It has its own plot of 800m2 forest with oaks and pines.
The backgarden extends to the forest and the slopes of a creek.
The house offers you a lot of privacy. The house-entrance and the garden are also accessible for disabled persons and small children (no climbing).
There is a private parking place in front of the bungalow.
On the groundfloor you find the living, a corner to have your meals, hobbycorner, kitchen and bathroom.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with each two singlebeds and a small room for one person.(in case your are with six persons you can hire a additional bed.
At the backside there is a big balcony at the south-east.

The park is idyllicly hided in a hilly surrounding of the forests in the Ourthe valley at about 45 km south of the city of Liège.
In the lower part there are recreation and other facilities like:

The reception (also english spoken).
The technical service.(In serious cases also at night avaiable).
Indoor (heated) swimmingpool and a pool for children. (free of charge)
Bar-restaurant with various entertainment.
Minishop
Basketball, volleyball, football (free of charge)
Tabletennis, jeu de boules. (free of charge)
Tenniscourt.
Playground for children.
Rental of mountainbikes and canoes.
During the holidays the park organises various activities to everybody's taste.

The Surrounding skiing close to the bungalow

In the surroundings everybody can finds his preference.
You can do sporting activities like: canoeing, cayacking, mountain-climbing, survival trips, mountain-biking, skiing etc.
But also enjoy the tranquillity and magnificence of the natur by taking a walk through the forest or visiting villages, towns, attractions etc.
A visit to Durbuy is a "must". Durbuy is a historic and pituresque small town, which offers you tiny streets with old buildings, art and craft shops, galeries. There are several restaurants where you can have a delicious meal for a good price.
