The High Middle Ages at Archeon, 2002

From July 27 through August 4, Project 1300 organised a medieval event at the Archeon Archaeological Theme Park (www.archeon.nl). Fifteen living history groups from all over Europe, with a total of more than 100 members, participated. The period represented was about 1175 to 1375 AD: the High Middle Ages. The participating groups were: Project 1300 (NL/BEL), De Liebaart (BEL), De Wapentuers van Dordrecht (NL), De Soldeniers (NL), Compagnia de Peon (IT), Cavalieri del Tau (IT), IG Wolf (D), Hippodromus (D), Semper fidelis (D), Rete Amicorum (D), Dignitas Equestris (D), Frank Dierkes (D), Herbularius (D), Mensch im Mittelalter (D), and Les Guerriers d'Avalon (FR).
